Machines are getting better and better at reproducing coffee preparation techniques with greater efficiency, and this is super important for any coffee bar owner. Most people love the idea of something being prepared just for them. It's unique, it's special, and let's face it, having something prepared just for us, or in a special way, sets up our psyche to believe that it will taste better.
